Kane P. Breuer

Associate

Kane focuses his work on healthcare law, helping clients navigate transactional, regulatory, administrative, and compliance matters. He regularly supports hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations as they address day‑to‑day operational questions, evaluate regulatory risks, and work through the details of various business arrangements.

Kane’s interest in the healthcare industry came through hands‑on training and practical experience. While in law school at University of Dayton School of Law, he contributed to their student law review as a staff writer and held a leadership role with the Student Bar Association. He also gained exposure to the intersection of healthcare and the law through an externship with a major children’s hospital, where he assisted with projects involving compliance and patient‑care considerations and discovered his passion for this area of law. Kane further strengthened his skills through work with the Civil Law Clinic, where he learned the importance of providing clients practical solutions and clear communication.

Kane brings this background to his current practice, where he aims to offer thoughtful, well‑grounded guidance to clients operating in a constantly evolving regulatory landscape.
