Rob McNevin is a native Hoosier and second generation trial lawyer. He grew up in Carmel, Indiana and graduated from Carmel High School. He is a 1991 graduate of Indiana University Kelly School of Business and holds a BSBA in accounting. He is also a graduate of Indiana University School of Law, having earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1995.

Rob lives in the Indianapolis area with his wife, son and two dogs. In addition to his work as a trial lawyer and Indiana personal injury attorney, he served as president of the Beech Grove Redevelopment Commission, which serves the local community by spearheading projects that renewed and revitalized the city. Rob also served on the Beech Grove Mayor’s House Bill 1001 Task Force.

Rob is a member of the Indiana Bar, and admitted to practice in all courts and jurisdictions within the state of Indiana, including the Indiana State Court of Appeals, the Indiana State Supreme Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the United Stated District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
